Upon arriving at the campground, one of my first tasks is always to hook up the electricity and get the A/C running. This trip was no exception, but after setting up the rest of the camper, I noticed that it was still just as hot inside as it was outside. By then, it was nearly 2 PM, and the day was slipping away. Panicked, I called two other service providers, but neither could come out that day. With temperatures inside my camper soaring above 95°, same-day service was a must.

My 2008 RV refer failed…died from old ago. Called And talked to Robert at Carren. He took the trip to my RV in the woods, figured it out in a minute, had to order the parts, came back and fixed the system. Took a little time but did a super job. Highly recommend.

Robert did an excellent job in getting our RV's A/C system cooling again. Carren RV (Robert) handled 100% of the paperwork with the warranty and was able to gain approval to replace the A/C unit. All we had to do was pay the deductible. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and capable of handling your RV needs.
