“The location is convent to the airport and the city, easy access to highways. The building is maintained well, clean and maintenance responsive if you have any issues. The onsite management changed in our second lease term and the new manager, Jose, is making a difference. Monthly tenant luncheons, building improvements, and fast response to emails or texts. The lease rates are reasonable and the parking plentiful.“

“I have now done 3 transactions with Shane. He gets results - he sold my house in 2 days, helped us find and build basically the perfect new build as a presale, and helped us find reasonably-priced and suitable interim rental housing between selling our first house and closing on the second. Perhaps most importantly, Shane is the standard of excellence in customer service - a breath of fresh air in a world where I have to speak to seven comcast drones to get escalated to someone competent. He is extremely responsive. I have a running joke that I get a reply text from Shane before I even hit send on mine. He is also extremely friendly and does not seem to get annoyed even when I am being objectively annoying. He is a fixer. If there is a problem he immediately drops everything and tries to find a solution for it. Now I know he has a bazillion clients but he still makes me feel as if he is constantly at our beck and call. When he is not available he gets someone else on it instantly and checks in on it later. Even if something is not that big of a problem he will treat it seriously and work very hard to fix it. He listens. In addition to fixing the problems quickly, he talks me down when I have worries about said problems, or about hypothetical problems that have not yet come to pass. He is willing to put in the effort to listen even when he has already done everything he can to fix whatever issue. He is a real (and very cool) person. He makes lots of jokes, texts and uses emojis, and has a casual style that is disarming and helps make what is a pretty stressful time fun. Everyone seems to agree about how awesome Shane is, so he has a lot of contacts. And his contacts are generally people who are similarly awesome and are eager to work for Shane's clients. Honestly I didn't know that such cool people could network as amazingly as Shane does. I tend to think of power networkers as obnoxious plastic people. Shane is not, and this restores my faith in humanity. He should teach seminars. Besides Shane, we worked some with Phil and Alicia, who are wonderful too. Very service-oriented company.“

“I would like to start by saying that no apartment is perfect, but a complex that strives to aim for perfection is everything. I have been living at the Prato at Midtown since November of 2024 and I must say my experience has been nothing short of amazing. While things may have occurred, as it would happen in any complex, the staff at this apartment complex have gone through hoops and hills to make sure my living and issues are accommodated. I would love to share my first encounter with the staff that made me sign my lease on the spot. After a long and dreadful apartment search, I decided to look into this complex being that my friend already lived here. I was greeted by Alexus and Shireea, who made my roommate and I feel like family. After the tour with Alexus, who allowed us to view multiple floor plans and showed us key staples of the property, my roommate and I were ready to sign. We sat in the office and Alexus walked us through the entire application and we were moved in by the end of the week. Since living here, I can truly say that I love it here. I have made it a mission to stop in once a week to to make coffee and converse with Shireea or Alexus or Ms.Sherry whether I need something for my apartment or if I just want warm energy to start my day with. The maintenance team is also very friendly and helpful. You can always catch one of the men riding around attending to the property. I can’t count on one hand the amount of times I have been able to tell them about anything involved in my apartment and the urgency they took to make sure my apartment was safe and fixed. I thank every staff member that works in the office at the Prato at midtown that I have been able to encounter.“

“worst apartments ever they had onsite security and police officers onsite when I first moved here they do not have security people have been shot at and killed and management does nothing these use to be decent apartments now its like its Kimberley Court apartments what they were before they were torn down and rebuilt.as Ashley Cascade I am trying to move before I am a victim you have teenagers walking around with guns jumping on adults any anyone else concerned and still no security I do not understand“
