I never stray away from Lee doing my nails :) but today Q swooped in to design my nails for a rodeo theme style. Thank you both! Lee is always so patient even though I go from wanting simple designs to being indecisive haha & having no idea what style I want. Lee always looks out! **these are my real healthy nails & Lee takes care of them! no breakage.
i've had good experiences at this salon before. The atmosphere is nice and the salon is clean. unfortunately, I experienced what seemed to me a bit of a micro aggression on my last visit. The tech was unpleasant and ended up putting a color on my hand other than what i requested, without a word to me (clear vs clear pink). I didn't notice till i got home and didn't have time to go back. How do u get to the point where you decide to ignore what ur client requests without any consultation? I'm also certain if she was serving an individual of a different demographic she would have made some attempt at customer service.
I've never had any problems. I've been going there for 5 years. I think ever since they were opened other than that I've never had any issues it's very professional, very nice establishment.
