All I can say is I found MY NEW NAIL SHOP!!! Thank You Leo & Kelly Phan?? I got the VIP service and it was more than I expected. I just moved to the area and was going to Walmart and saw the shop on the way, so glad I did. You will be seeing me again!!!
Specialties: Leo is an artist and I told him to freestyle a design on my nail and he did a butterfly by hand. Truly impressed.
