“Haven't seen the dentist in a while...and after 20yrs I choose here because my wife loves it. New patient so I give the time needed. 1hr of waiting and confusion behind the desk I reschedule for 2days later. The exact same thing happened this time I at least filled out the paperwork. I was asked to go behind the counter where they stlled for a couple more minutes. Conclusion 2hrs never spoke to any actual dentist or assistant so my rating comes from never making it to a room.Please note that staff are friendly just not communicating amongst themselves.“
