As a new patient I was skeptical about the quality of service being located in a shopping area. I loved my experience from the time I walked in. First of all they did a wonderful job reminding me of my appointment. The receptionist was very helpful and professional. Don't judge this place by its surroundings because it's a true gem. My hygienist talked through everything she was doing and that made me feel really comfortable. You can really tell that these people love doing what they do. I never had that feeling that I was just a number or just a patient I felt like family.
This was my first visit. I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff. They explained the procedures before starting. My diagnosis was explained and what was needed to be done to correct the problem. I was given a copy of the cost, what insurance would pay, and what I would have to pay. I was pleased with my visit there. Very glad I chose Concord Dental.
