This is the second time we have used this company , they are very professional, has demonstrated integrity each time, technician was very friendly. He got to source of the issue and even went beyond the call of duty to assist with setting up new thermostat and was very willing to help. Thank you so much for your service. I've used A Better Heating & Air for years. Technician Ronald practiced safe distancing, he was thorough and kept us updated with what he was doing and his findings as he inspected both units. Very nice man. I highly recommend them for heating and air service.

Our heat wasn’t working and it was getting as low as 25 degrees at night. Stacy came by to fix it but we needed a part. The part had to be ordered so he was going to have to come back the next day.... instead of making us wait in the cold... he drove to get the part elsewhere and came back to finish the job that evening. I am so thankful for his kindness!Service: HVAC repair

From A Better Heating & Air Conditioning

A Better Heating & Air was founded January 27, 1993 by Diane Mullen and Michael J. Paino. Mike Paino, their son, joined them soon after. Diane wanted to have a service company that was better than the other companies, and would treat its customers with respect. That is where the name came from. Sadly, Diane passed away Feb 2006. Michael J. coined the company slogan, “Built on Expert Service and Honesty.” This is proudly displayed on each of our service vehicles. Michael J. is currently using his law experience and life’s experience teaching other contractors how to better their businesses and meet the state requirements for continuing education.
