Jermaine is very knowledgeable, affordable, he has great customer service and he is punctual. I originally contacted him because someone bought a roach in and I was devastated! It took him 1 visit and I never seen one again. I decided to hire him for quarterly visits because my house is prone to spiders & other bugs just being in the south and I’ve also decided to let him set me up for termite maintenance. So first I would like to say I never write reviews but Mr. Frederick was so professional, I had to leave a review. I was dealing with some bad water damages to my home and the first number to appear when I googled restoration company was his company. (Such a blessing) I sat up an appointment and the very next day he arrived to my home to assess the issue. He saw that I had very severe damages and that same night his company started demolition and brought his machines in to began the process. Mr. Frederick always kept me abreast of every step that was happening. Also Mr Frederick never made me feel like he was all about money. He showed me how some other companies should treat their customers ( I have had horrible experiences with other companies). Most importantly I did not feel stress out during this stressful moment. Beautiful course, very well maintained and very scenic. Love the layout. Challenging and fun. Not crazy though! Almost any skill level player should be able to navigate this gem! Plenty of water, bunkers and rolling elevation changes to work with. Everyone I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. Nice bar area and well stocked pro-shop. This has got to be my new favorite course. Looking forward to getting back down south fro another round.
I've been going to this place almost 1 year now and they get it done. Reasonable and efficient. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I was just a bit frustrated a couple of months back getting my hair braided because one of the braiders kept doing other things than finishing my hair.. I was upset because I had been there for like 5 hours when it's usually 4 sometimes 3.5 so I was very upset. But I came back and once again I am a very satisfied customer. Like this place a lot.
I've been coming to Supreme Cuts for about 3 years now and I consistently receive great service. The staff are competent, talented, and consistently do good work. Keia fanatic work and I am happy to recommend her. The prices are on par with other shops in the area, so it's still a great value proposition. You can't go wrong with any of the barbers at Supreme cuts.
