I can’t say enough good about Jackson Heating and Cooling! I’ve known the owner since she was a customer at a bank I worked for in the past. I came home last night to a HOT house! I called them this morning after having had another company come look at the unit and finding out I would need to replace the whole thing inside and outside! That company didn’t offer financing and then I I thought of Joan! I called them and was given a rough estimate, they sent me the application for financing, I completed that and was approved immediately! Then I got a call back and they verified my address and said a tech was coming to get all the information from our unit so they could give the exact cost. That tech, John, was at my house in less than an hour! I’ve signed all my financing documents, the rough estimate ended up being the true cost and they’re going to call me later today to schedule the unit replacement for the beginning of next week! To say they are amazing is an understatement! Thank you so much to everyone at Jackson Heating and Cooling!!

Of course our AC goes out during this awful heatwave and this awesome company gave us same day service when we were expecting to wait for several days or longer! Topnotch customer service in every way!
