During the last week of August 2023, I started having an issue with my 20+ year old HVAC unit. August in SE Georgia is not a good time for your HVAC unit to be giving you problems. On 31 August I contacted Total Services Heating and Air Conditioning to address my issue. Thinking two days before Labor Day I probably wouldn’t get anyone to come until after the holiday. To my surprise they had a technician here late that afternoon.
