I have been a loyal customer with Georgia lawn pros for around 4 yrs. My houses landscaping is featured in numerous pics on their google page. Our invoices were paid immediately when received. Two months ago I asked Brian to trim bushes, spray weeds, and mulch flower bed. After a week the bushes were trimmed. He told me that something happened with mulch and would do the following week. Over 3 weeks later it still had not been completed. I contacted him and he said it was on schedule to be done the following day. Two weeks later it still had not been completed. I have been a loyal customer for 3 yrs. Always paid bills on time. I understand that at this time it is difficult to find team members. However, it seems the owner is unwilling to work the extra hours to satisfy his clients. Flower bed has not been completed in 2 months and lawn has not been mowed in 2 weeks. I tried to contacting Brian and I was sent straight to voicemail . Could not leave message because it was full. I text him that if flower bed and lawn was not done in 4 days I would take business elsewhere. His response "understand"!
