“This is a wonderful place. My only criticism is the wait. I can understand waiting when you are a walk-in, no issue there, but when you have an appointment, and still have to wait an hour and a half ... there's issues.It would be a real shame for such a fine practice to be ruined for being too busy to get people in and out in a timely fashion.Again, wonderful doctors ans staff. Time is money, and people who have taken the time to make appointments, deserve to be seen in a timely fashion.“

“Staff very friendly and explained treatment for my pup. However, I did not feel as welcomed. But, other than that the Dr. seems very knowledgeable. Also, the dog walk area is very big and convenient.“

“Staff was very nice, proficient, willing to help and even made my big grandson feel safe. I love that the staff was able to stay on the phone with his parents and break down the pricing for the products. That took patiencw and time and I'm glad they did that. I would recommend anyone to go. The Vet didn't rush to give information and walk off like most doctors. I think that's rude when someone wants answers, but the Vet Dr. was on point and caring. They didn't forc anything. Just gave the information and the education. Bout time I go somewhere in GA and the people are nice. No, I gotta set up an appointment for my Bubbles.“

“Just the nicest people work here. Had to euthanize my 13 yo male St. Bernard and they tried to make us feel as comfortable as possible during a horrible time. Compassionate and caring it made a big difference with how we felt as a family. Our 14 yo Saint is now at her time in life when her body just isn't working right anymore and we will definitely be returning to South Pointe when the day for her to pass arrives.“

Dr. Tribby, Catherine and Sam (in addition to the other ladies I unfortunately didn’t get the name of) took care of my dog as well as comforted me in a very stressful situation.
