Representatives were knowledgeable and explained entire process to me, including handling claim with my insurance. The crew was great. Very skilled, thorough, and dedicated (to the point of staying after dark to finish up by flashlight and worklights). Have a dedicated member picking up debris as the work flows, including magnetic scanning for nails throughout my lawn, driveway, and flowerbeds. The finished roof looks great and the attic stays a bit cooler since they replaced my 3 box roof vents with a full ridge vent.
