Piedmont Prompt Care of Grovetown

This is a review that’s long overdue. I don’t like writing review's. I mean who has the time. I was seen at the Grovetown location the day after Christmas. I was terribly sick. I had been passing blood with diarrhea when I went to the bathroom for several days. I had stomach and back pain. High fever, chills, and nausea. My PCP advised me to go to the emergency room because they had nothing available. I am stubborn and didn’t want to deal with a packed emergency room and pay that kind of money for them to tell me I just had food poisoning or something. Came in for blood work at 8:30. Was told tech was late and would be a few minutes. Checked back after 45 minutes waiting and was told tech was updating my computer info, just a few minutes more. Checked after another 15 minutes, still entering my info in computer just a few more minutes!!

I was serviced at this establishment this week and I was very pleased with the time it took from check in to check out. Ladies were professional and respectful of my privacy. Thank you
