Always the best customer service!! So glad I found this location! Rooms are always clean. Rarely ever a wait time, unless I go in during a busy hour if the beds I want to use are taken. Honestly, even the lower level beds are in good shape and I'll use them if I'm in a hurry. Clients and staff are awesome, so even waiting isn't boring or awkward. I'll be so sad when we move from the area, these girls have set high standards for PBT! Sorry! Posted first from wrong account, tried to delete and redo from this one. I am spray tanning for the first time. I walked in and was greeted immediately by Carson and Victoria. Both ladies were knowledgeable and helpful in helping me find the right package, colors and aftercare. I would recommend PBT in Grovetown to anyone who wants to spray tan or bed tan! Absolutely amazing experience!Service: Tanning

Staff was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Yes they do try to upsell the lotions & scrubs but are not pushy in the sales technique. Witch is why I'm a long time customer.
