“I had a metal roof installed by Augusta Roof and Siding. instead of using full length panels for the roof they used pre cut panels that required a seam in the middle of the roof. The seam started leaking within months of the install. Contacted Will, he was extremely rude and tried to charge me for repairs. He said there was no warranty on the work. Stay away from this company. They are horrible.“

They helped me put in an insurance claim and was supportive enough to help me with my deductible by absorbing that cost by using the money I paid them for my r recent repair. Finally they proved they cared about me as a customer and completed repairs of all my roofs with superior quality shingles, moderning my roof venting system and keeping there word by completing the job for what the insurance company paid me for my claim.It's hard to find businesses willing to keep there word evenwhen it looks like it won't be it there favor.
