All the folks at Cleveland Carpets have been exceptional. Jeremy, our sales rep, coordinated our purchase, installation and even assisted our installers, Josh and Will, with completing our installation. All three were very professional, timely and pleasant to work with. They moved our furniture and replaced it once the job was finished. They left our home very clean, removing all the remnants, old carpet and pad as well as insuring no old staples were left behind in the flooring.
