Chris and Braswell team worked with me over the last year as I was litigating with an insurance company. Sorry Insurance company won. I chose Chris due to the professionalism he showed throughout the process. He could have easily moved on. Roof looks great. Worked through underlying damage. Finished all in a day. Highly recommend.
We were recommended Braswell for a roofing refresh in conjunction with the sale of our home by our realtor. Brian Braswell set us up with the roof maintenance package to meet our buyers requests. The roof maintenance package took care of the damaged shingles, nail pops and pipe boots that came up in our inspection. They were able to schedule quickly to keep our closing on time. The repair tech arrived early to make sure he was ready to work when it came time. So easy to work with Brian. His communication was quick and answered any question that came up in the process. I enjoyed working with his so much and would absolutely use Braswell again for repairs or full replacement.
I have had Braswell Construction complete two big projects on my house. First was a roofing job, which turned out spectacular! They also replaced my gutters and painted trim work for me as well! Second job was a bathroom floor replacement due to a busted pipe. Both times they have been prompt with quotes and estimating how long the job would take, and even finished the job ahead of schedule. Every time I reach out, Brian is quick to respond and puts his crews on the task quickly!!! If you need work done that is going to be better than it was before the work started, I’d recommend Braswell 10/10!
