The housing market today is completely different from that of just a couple of years ago. Along with the high rise in prices, so does the prospect of dealing with the unskilled and unscrupulous that a buyer needs to complete any deal.But, because of Inspection Wizards we successfully got a deal through due to the high quality and detailed information gathered by this company. We had a great experience w/ Inspection Wizards. They were so thorough with the inspection that they did for the house we're selling (thank goodness the buyers of our home hired Inspection Wizards or we might not have found them) that I immediately thought to hire them for the house we're buying. They did a great job on the inspection (again very thorough) in an easy to read format and were on-time and provided the inspection via email in a timely manner (same day actually). Bill and his team of inspectors are top notch and reasonably priced. I have used Bill for all of my inspections in the past couple years, and the added bonus of having him being a structural engineer is an amazing value add. Highly recommend.
