Our water heater failed and Jerry was quick to respond with a fair quote. He was able to install a new water heater within the same night and in a very timely manner. Jerry responded immediately and even on a Sunday. He is the most honest and fair plumber I have ever met. I did not think guys like him still existed! I had two toilets that were in need of repair, and one stopped working (bad clog) on a Saturday morning the day of a party at my house. Jerry within an hour of my call and fixed both toilets quickly.
