Came home from vacation to a broken air conditioner. Called Bear comfort, they face times me and diagnosed problem within 20 min. Had a tech (Jeremy) out the next day and the problem was fixed before 2 pm. Outstanding, efficient and cost effective. Thank you Bear Comfort, you will be my Air Conditioning company til the end!!
The HVAC work was well done and much appreciated. I had an HVAC maintenance company I loved and they owner retired and it was bought out by one of the huge ones, then found one I liked and it was bought out as well. I have not been as happy with our most recent choice which is why I tried your company. I value honesty, good work and a company that is big enough to get the job done and small enough to care.
