Just wanted to let you know Matt Higgs is a great guy and employee. He was so honest and up front about it not being the motor that was bad and never blamed the first guy that came here. Just said it was a mistake that happens. I told him I was going to buy a small ac unit because we had people coming here this weekend for a baby shower and I had concerns about it getting hot with that many people being here. He offered to let me borrow one that he had. You don't find many employees like that anymore, please let his other bosses know what a great employee he is. Thank you!
I called around 8:00 on a Friday night . Stephen H. came out 20 minutes later fixed my air conditioner problem and even went ahead and did a much needed maintenance on it as well. Prices were great and his expertise and mannerisms were excellent. Thank you Terrell Bros Heating and Air .
Great service, got to me within a 24hrs of calling during peak hours and had the repairs done in a quick timely manner. Techs were great explained to me the issue and what I could do to prevent the issue in the future.
