Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, I was seen on time for my appointment. They seemed great about trying to work in a person who showed up late for their appointment. They let me know what hours that I could pick up my glasses, I will definitely recommend!

The experience I received with Americas Best was nothing short of a nightmare. It started out with the exam being wrong. I’m a school bus driver and vision is number one. I knew right off that the numbers were too strong for my distance vision, and unfortunately it turned into demand for a 2nd exam. The office mgr. was like wrestling with a bear. She (Jodie) was unwilling to even try to understand what I was saying. She only wanted to get me out the door. Very headstrong. I read they had a 5 ? rating and they deserve it! I spoke with 2 customer service reps on the phone and it was a pleasure to speak with friendly, courteous and knowledgeable people. Today when I went in for frames I had issues with my insurance company but my service rep was positive and upbeat as we got it taken care of. I would recommend stopping here FIRST. ?
