Great people and beautiful craftsmanship!! I've been knowing the owners of this company for 30 years and I can truly say that they have a great eye for detail!!

The Sullivan & Forbes team along with their subcontractors are one of the best home construction companies I could of asked for. I live on Lake Lanier and they were very knowledgeable in adding 1500ft2 to my existing house within my original footprint and close to budget. Lake house lots are very difficult to build on, and then there's dealing with county regs, neighbors, and the Corp. These guys know their stuff. If I could give them a 10, I would. As for the 1 stars on this Blog, they obviously don't know anything about Lake construction and therefore shouldn't be blessed by using an outstanding builder like Sullivan & Forbes.
