I reached out to Mr. Payne the morning after our hot water heater gave up & flooded our basement. His voicemail said I could leave a message & text him if needed.
He promptly responded with a time when we could speak more about my issue & when he was available to come by & assess the situation, which was later that SAME DAY!!
He explained his recommendation, pricing on materials, (including hauling off the old water heater), & when he was available to complete the job: THE VERY NEXT DAY!!

I recently used John Payne Plumbing for a full kitchen renovation and some basement work on an older home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. John came out to my house to install plumbing for a basement kitchen and bathroom renovation. The turnaround was much faster than expected and I couldn't have been happier with the end product. Price was clearly discussed upfront as well. I will be using John Payne Plumbing for any additional plumbing needs moving forward.
