We had some business cards printed off, they were all cute different and inconsistent (we paid $85 for these cards). When we told them they said a manger would be out to refund our money and we stood there for 30 mins waiting on a manger who never showed up. All to be handed a piece of paper about our refund.

Curbside pick up was fantastic and SUPER quick. Placed an online print order and in 30 mins it was ready for pick up. The curbside option is convenient and was well executed. As soon as you arrive you confirm you're ready for pick up. Not even a minute later an associate arrived with my purchase. Overall very pleased with my experience and would recommend for anyone needing curbside in a timely manner. Pro tip- they charge $0.32 for 1 single (black ink only) copy, so not your go to spot if you need a large file printed.

They have office desks and chairs in the store marked "Sale." But when you try to get one, they tell you "That's not available. We are out of stock. We don't know when we will get more." Before you WASTE anyone else's time, take the models not available off the floor or put a sign on them saying "NOT AVAILABLE." This place is a total waste of time!!
