If your on a controlled medication for anxiety don't come here. I go in every 3 months as required but need to call in each month for my refills. It's a hassle every month requiring multiple phone calls. You can beg, plead and it won't help. I'm now 4 days without and if it's not called in soon I won't have for tomorrow I have a 42 yr old special needs son. his meds aren't working and he's out of control screaming and yelling. He's in trouble with the group home so we had to bring him home. Add that to the fact my husbands cancer is back so we're dealing with that. It's awful

Very punctual and on time also listen to my issues and made a plan to correct them very nice from the front desk at check-in the doctor the nurse and all the way to check out highly recommend this group very professional!

I don't want to give one star if there is an option. My mother in law is mobility impaired and have difficult time keeping up doctor appointments. Especially during this pandemic elderly has greater chances to contract COVID 19. But this clinic does not care about the risk and careless about the potential danger of patient. They expect her to go 7 different appointments in person. Do they expect to see her jumping and dancing? They don't care about her disability status, only to concern all the protocols. She missed an appointment and the next thing we know is that a neglect report was filed. Are these people coherent?
