I have used Lawson for 5-6 years now and recently had a issue with a AC unit. I gave the office staff the model and serial number of the AC unit having trouble when I spoke with them to set up a service visit. The service tech arrived with all the tools he needed and the parts as well, which means he came prepared. He quickly found the issue and had it working in no time. Additionally, both the service tech and office staff are easy to work with and professional. I would highly recommended.
We have been customers of Lawson for about 17 years. Our old A/C units finally died and Scott Holland gave us a great price on replacements, told us how long it would take, and made everything incredibly smooth and easy. Sebastian and his crew were professional and worked so hard to get everything done in the two-day time frame. We could not be more pleased!
Norman and Jesse arrive ahead of schedule and immediately got to work replacing all three toilets in our home. They were professional and their expertise in installation made the process a great one. Thank you Lawson!!
