“John is beyond awesome! I came back from vacation to find my computer had completely crashed. My hard drive was toast! I was in panic mode, and needed something done sooner, rather than later! John to the rescue! He came to see me the same day and came back the next day with my new hard drive. He walked me through every step and was very patient with me in trying to retrieve as much information as possible from USB drives (since I lost everything). He spent an inordinate amount of time helping me and still stuck by his price. He could have charged me more, but he was kind and helped me out. Sometimes "geeks" can take advantage of those of us who are not computer friendly, but I saw immediately that John could be trusted. He is very knowledgeable and likeable as well.
