Working with the Eddie was great in every respect. He produces outstanding quality work and knows how to manage a project. We did a complete kitchen renovation along with other additional projects throughout the house and we felt at ease immediately with the first phone call to him. After speaking with several other contractors in the area, we felt that Eddie gave the most fair, honest, and realistic quote. Things were planned so well that problems were minimal. We finished ahead of schedule, despite some minor setbacks (and me adding on additional projects at the last minute). Living through a renovation is tough but living through a renovation while we both worked from home full time and I was pregnant, was even tougher. The expectations on schedule were always realistic and Eddie communicated to us every day what would be happening the next few days and who would be coming in to work and the approximate time they would arrive and even an idea of the noise level/disruptions to expect. Eddie was immediately accessible by text, and coordination was flawless. Subcontractors were respectful, well-supervised and clearly chosen for their knowledge and Eddie’s great relationship with them was obvious. Eddie would show us and explain each part of the work before moving on. Overall, we were incredibly happy with the final product and the customer service received and would recommend Eddie to anyone in the future.
