Sorry to say, but you should not use this company. Offered a great price on a new system this past summer, came right out to install, but it ran noisy after installation. They came back and adjusted the fan speed and that made it better, but come fall the heat didn't work. They sent someone out, but he couldn't figure out why. Said he would send someone else the next day. No one showed and they then said they needed a part and would come in a couple of days when the part showed up. No one ever responded again after weeks of calls, emails, texts, and messages left on the website, even when I let them know I'd have to leave this review. I finally had to call another company who came and found they had left the plastic shipping cap on the gas line when they connected it--just screwed the lines together, which left the top of the cap in the gas line. Gas was not getting into the furnace and was leaking into my attic. Other things had not been done correctly as well in the original installation, which the new company corrected. A good price originally, but completely incompetent installation and terrible mistreatment on the service side, leaving me stressed and ignored for weeks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Beware of this company. We were told that we needed to new units and paid close to 20K for the units, installation and warranty of parts and labor. Unfortunately, both units have failed this summer. When the first one failed, we called Climate Solutions, they came out within a week and told us that they needed to order parts. We never heard from them again. Would not answer email or phone calls. I called and emailed for nearly a month. Then we had to hire another company to do the repairs and had to pay $1000 in labor. Later in the summer, the other until failed and once again, had to pay another company $600 for the repairs. THEY DO NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY -- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I cannot begin to tell you how unprofessional Shane is . We bought a brand new system from them 2 years and 7 months ago. The system was of low quality and a off brand . $7000 dollars. A couple of months ago it went off and they came out and said we need a condense pump. Another almost $400 dollars . In a few days it was off again. They came out and said the lines , wires were kinked up. There fault , no charge. In a couple of days …out again on a Sunday night. we called and left a message after hours. As the weather was getting hot, I followed it up Monday morning with a call to Shane. He told me that he will get with his guys and get back to me so naturally, I took him at his word. Anyway, after feeling like I was stalking him calling, leaving messages I seen that he had actually ghosted me. I really don’t mind that he just didn’t want to do it but the way he went about it I have no use for it. Be a man and at least say you can’t help. Please if you need a good HVAC person, North Hall, heating and air is who I got to fix everything they messed up. It takes a lot for me to leave anyone a bad review but I feel like they deserve it. Just BEWARE . Also, he made a Facebook post yesterday and said we’re here for all your needs and I put it’s a lie and of course I’m blocked now .
