I had to have two residential window sections of glass replaced. The folks at this business are so friendly and very customer focused people. Kathy answered all my questions, offered price options, and made the process so easy.

First off , when I called , I was met with the most outgoing , friendliest person , Kathy was such a pleasure to talk to , she will turn your rainy day into a sunny one , I went to work on a piece of their equipment and was blown away at the craftsmanship of their work , I have some upcoming projects to do , they will definitely be my go to source , thanks for the opportunity to work on your equipment , and also see the products that you put out Kathy , you guys are awesome

Kathy, who answered the phone, was Greta right out of the gates! She was helpful, answered my questions and was upbeat. That's refreshing. I went to order 4 pieces, gave measurements, paid and left. My husband picked up the order on the way home from work. It was ready and waiting, all wrapped up. We haven't installed it yet, but my experience was without issues, which is the way it should be. I went to an old bldg on Atlanta hwy where they cut glass. I'm not sure where the bldg is that is depicted as the location of the business, maybe it's a showroom in Gainesville somewhere? I'd be interested in visiting it at some point. I'd recommend the glass company for your glass...read full review
