If this isn't the correct sight please notify me. From day one meeting employees from Southeast restoration was a godsend I had just gone through the worst time of my life I was basically catatonic. The first crew that came in thank the Lord they could understand hysteria they were a Saving Grace everyone I met was helpful they were calm they had compassion they had feeling they never once rushed me try to take advantage of me never was I misled I dealt with several I guess subcontractors that did different things but the day I met Benjamin Smith he was my night and Shining Armor that young man did his job and Beyond everything I wanted he did he made suggestions if it...read full review
You guys took what was a very stressful moment for me and made it so easy. I love how everyone kept me in the loop each step of the way but yet took care of everything. All of you have been so kind and professional, I have felt so comfortable every time you came to the house. I am pleased with how neat and prompt the work was done. I also thought the courtesy calls prior to coming out were very helpful. Thank you all for everything, I will definitely recommend you in the future!
Southeast restoration had an incredible response time. The owner himself came by to assess and talk with us. A team was here quickly. They had incredible work ethic and positive attitudes. No grumbles or crummy demeanor. They were kind, communicative, efficient, considerate, honest, and so much more. We cannot sing their praises enough.
