AmeriClean came to our house on a Sunday within the hour! We had a water line burst and flood almost the entire downstairs. They extracted the water, cleaned the carpets, left fans and cleaned the carpets again. I didn't even ask how much it would cost because it had to be done. I just received my invoice in the mail and it's much less than I expected! And they did a great job! Highly, highly recommend!!
Adam and Kevin (and Juan!) were awesome. Adam thoroughly communicated with me regarding the process and next steps from start to finish. He even spoke with our insurance to make sure everything was covered properly.
Kevin was always on time, polite and courteous. I didn’t interact much with Juan, but he was polite every time we did.

Absolutely, wonderful! They were on time, knowledgeable, professional and did an excellent job. My apartment company, Swallowtail Flats, used a different company the first time that left a horrendous dog odor and visible stains. AmeriClean cleaned their mess.
