Absolutely awful service. We bought brand new house and had issues with heat/AC unit within a month. Took them weeks to get to us. One week after their repair it broke again. Submitted claim and tried reaching them. Has been a month since they’ve had no contact with us. The building contractor even contacted them and told them about our issues and they still haven’t even bother to reach out. It is kind of outrageous. If you have an option, stay clear and away from these companies services.
