Don't be late for your appointment. Not even ten mins because they will tell you that you have to reschedule. There was no one sitting in the waiting area to be seen, no one walking around picking out glasses and only seen three workers that were standing around talking. So if get in traffic and see you're going to be late don't even bother going in at all.
Every associate and the doctor that helped me were all very kind and knowledgeable! The main Lady that helped me pick out glasses was spot on! I would definitely recommend them. Also my glasses were back sooner than expected.
Good experience all around.Wasn't forced to wear an Rx that didn't work.People were friendly and no long wait.The only bad thing is they don't keep my Rx in stock,so I have to wait a week if I don't order as soon as I run out of contacts.Otherwise,Wal-Mart in Fort O has an awesome vision center.
