My stylist was a very friendly person. She had some very good advice on my current situation in life. She also tried to make me see a brighter side to a very difficult situation. I went to the location in Ft Oglethorpe, GA, and was immediately greeted by Alex. She was a total treat. She was very polite and engaging, but not overly chatty. She listened to what I wanted for my haircut and delivered a great cut that looks incredible. She was fast but I didn’t feel rushed. Her area was tidy and clean. Even tho I declined, she gently offered the complete package but it didn’t feel like a cheap upsell. This is the kind of experience I wish I had every time I walked into a hair establishment. If all your employees are as great as Alex, you will make a lot of clients happy and likely make a lot of money.
Came by for my 1st cut since moving to the area and was sat right away(I did use online check-in). I'm kinda of particular about my hair and who cuts it, I sat with a smiley younger stylist Alex who was an absolute delight. She double checked during the cut of specifics of the fade which I appreciated, don't cut it if you're not sure how tight I want it lol. But she did an amazing job, my hair and beard look and feel great. Will definitely be back to see her and try to make this a regular appointment. Thanks Alex
