“I have been using Dr Park's office for three years now. In the beginning I wasn't a fan, but kept coming back because it was convenient. My biggest complaint was the receptionist. Luckily, she is not there anymore. However I have decided to revise my review because Dr Park is truly kind and he and Dr Tran are very knowledgeable. Though I didn't feel valued because it was like an assembly line to see the max amount of patients, I did appreciate that my time was respected and I was in and out. From my initial consultation, leading up to my surgery, and all of my post op visits I have never experienced a more friendly and knowledgeable staff in a doctors office. It is clear how important patient care is to Dr. Tin and his staff. Not only did they walk me through every step of the surgery but they took the time to make me feel comfortable with the procedure. I am 3 weeks post op and I can see 20/20 with zero complications. I am a very satisfied customer. If you are interested in having PRK or Lasik, Dr. Tin is the best in Tennessee/Georgia. As far as I could see, the office itself uses the latest commercial hardware, technologies, and methods to ensure that their diagnosis is accurate and of the highest quality. Their products and offerings, from glasses to contacts, are also of substantial quality. The selection is slightly smaller than other offices, but if they carry the brand you prefer, you can ask to have them order in some other frames for you to try on if the ones available don't suit you.
