“I went to the location in Ft Oglethorpe, GA, and was immediately greeted by Alex. She was a total treat. She was very polite and engaging, but not overly chatty. She listened to what I wanted for my haircut and delivered a great cut that looks incredible. She was fast but I didn’t feel rushed. Her area was tidy and clean. Even tho I declined, she gently offered the complete package but it didn’t feel like a cheap upsell. This is the kind of experience I wish I had every time I walked into a hair establishment.
