I had a digital eye exam and the doctor I saw was very nice. Optometric techs were very friendly. Only had a short wait time. Nice variety of glasses and accessories for glasses. Last that did my glasses order was also very friendly
Today I had appointment for exam for contacts and eyeglasses at Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia location. Everyone greeted me when I entered the store. ALL associates were friendly , but I feel compelled to share that Kolbi was exceptional! After my exam & I was back in the lobby to pay, Kolbi enthusiastically greeted me again & directed me to his desk/station to check out & then excused himself briefly to rush to the store entrance to help a patron who was entering store struugling & pushing an elderly woman in a wheelchair . This office is always busy but the staff makes sure everyone is noticed. Had an issue with frames and made two visits. On the second visit the frames were replaced at no cost. I feel that Kelbi made a customer centric decision, and by doing that he was able to keep me coming back !
