UPDATE: thankfully, someone called me back, Mr.Martinez. He figured out the issue and assisted in resolving the issue. He apologized for the lack of communication from the tax group. Also, a lady Chris or Crys(couldn’t make out her name clearly) was the only person who took her time to understand the situation so thank you!

If you’re a young adult/student — I no longer recommend this place to file your taxes. I’ve been a client for the past 3+ years and this time around, has been the WORSE customer experience of all time.
