I was away on vacation when I received a phone call from a service technician telling me he’d be at my house in 15 minutes. We did not have an appointment so I sent him a text saying “Do not go to my house.” A month later, I received a bill. So I called and made an appointment so I could be at the house for a thorough inspection. The day of the appointment came - no one showed up. The technician was on vacation. So the supervisor was going to call me with another appointment time. I never heard from him. But I receive a bill every few weeks. When the small business pest control company we used was bought out by Gregory Pest Solutions, their customer service went quickly downhill. We are now going on three weeks of a giant cicada killer wasp infestation that I have yet to even receive a quote for. I have called their office and emailed and was told someone would get back to me (three times now). Their lack of concern speaks volumes. Save yourself some time and aggravation and avoid this company!

I have been a customer of this company for many, many years. As Cooperative Exterminating, they were always on time, amazing customer service, and great quarterly pest control service. Since ownership changed, I have been sorely disappointed. My regular maintenance that was performed today, I had to ask the technician to spray down at the garage. The previous technician went around the entire perimeter of the house and sprayed everywhere. I feel like the new service is lazy and subpar.
