Just wanted to pass along my appreciation to the service and parts department. Even though they were back logged of over a week on the service side, they managed to take a moment and at least put a computer on my truck to help me diagnose the issue. Once I figured out it was most probably a turbo issue the parts department was unable to locate one for me. At that point another employee in the service department let me know about a turbo shop located about an hour south of their location. I was able to catch a ride and get a new turbo and install it myself. My company is new to the transportation industry as of 2021. We are the first in the world to put schools on wheels @mobile_schools! In the process, we have learned that good service for big vehicles like our commercial 29’ bus-coach is extremely hard to find! Although our mobile facility is a new custom build, routine maintenance is essential! Our company provides elite services to families in the metro Atlanta area, and in turn prefer to receive high-end service from the contractors we patronize. For us, on this very morning Cummings-Atlanta Sales and Service has set the bar extremely high! From my initial phone call around 9AM Victor got me in by 10AM same day. Latosha... read full review
