I hadn’t gotten my hair professionally done in over a year (prices are too high now & I didn’t wanna damage my hair again) the last 4 times I’ve been to different hair stylist they 1. Turned my hair basically black when I didn’t want black 2nd time to a different hair stylist they over processed my hair and it fell out in clumps 3rd time they turned my hair an awful green and gave me a bowl cut so you could say I was extremely nervous about getting my hair done for the first time in a year - BUT TINA FIXED MY HAIR W NO DAMAGE UNDER 3 HRS!!! this salon is a hidden gem and the prices are amazing !!! However, Brandon from Charles & Sons Plumbing arrived within the given time frame in Gainesville, he wore his mask and put on gloves/booties before entering the house, and he was friendly and professional. “Anthony with hands of an angel. His new name I call him is Angel Anthony! Holy schnauzers! I just got out of my massage with him and I was so beat up feeling before. Now, I am so relaxed. I truly enjoyed the massage and him. Sweetest man ever and has been at this location for 14 years. Great location. I take my pup to the doggy place next door. This is my new 2nd home. Very nice salon and he even does laser and all types of facials and so on. Very gifted at healing. Happy girl dance! It was so good I am going back next week. Oh! And I bought 5 massages for $315!!!! “I had an amazing time! There are 3 nail tech, and a nice kind old lady. I got my nails done, and toes. The best service ever. I was a bit thirsty, and they kindly offer a nice small cold water bottle. They had so many colors and options! I highly recommend doing gel manicure and pedicure! “I have really sensitive skin so typically just get a polish change on my toes and rarely a full pedicure. Long story short, there was a misunderstanding, I ended up getting a pedicure, and my legs had a bad reaction to one of the products. (It’s my skin, not the products). Ann could tell I was frustrated and made sure that she did what she could to help and made sure I left happy. Thank you!!!“

“Horrible service! I went in yesterday at 5pm nail was chipped by 10am today. Instead of them fixing the acrylic she literally only just filed the one nail down so now one of my nails it’s super shorter than my other ones. I will never return!

Update: initially I gave 1 star but I know anyone and everywhere can have a bad day. I came in again to allow them to fix the situation and someone took their time sculpted my nails correctly, and polished them correctly so I will be updating my review. Thank you for fixing the problem.“

My nails, frankly are the best I have ever had done literally anywhere. Clear attention to detail and did not rush like most salons would.
