This Practice meets the maximum 5 Stars. From the initial contact with Colleen to all of the assistants, Dental Hygienists and staff, this customer service is top of class. They have tremendous instinctive service, which only helps all of us to avoid any dental landmines that might be awaiting us! The Doctors obviously are the head of this operation. The tail is following them which only can tell you how great the Dentistry! I can’t believe I’m saying this but, I am so happy I found this Dental Group!
I've been going to Jones Smile for 15 years now and I must say it is the best tennis in Atlanta. I can't tell you how good Shay is as my dentist hygienist she is absolutely fabulous. She does a great job. She takes your time with you. She explains everything you say everything to you and she just absolutely the best and then when you walk in the door with Carlene and Kimberly they are absolutely great to always have a smile on their face always trying to help you, I just say enough about this place if you looking for somebody a place to go, this is a place to go trust me. Dr. Copeland and her staff provided an excellent experience with my veneers. They were all so kind, caring, and provided the best support for me during my visits. I had been so unhappy with my teeth for a number of years and my new bright smile has made a major change with my appearance. I can’t thank this 5 star team for changing my life!
