Customer service for me is essential. Janriya was very compassionate about my situation. I am so grateful. Dr. Turner did an awesome job with my upper and lower adjustment. I am feeling so much better. Aaren was also great!

Wow! Just wow! I am an RN and am usually very critical of health care providers' sloppy assessment techniques, readiness to throw a pill at any physical complaint, and appointments spent with a hand on the doorknob. I felt like my time spent at Flowery Branch Chiropractic was my time. I was heard. I was asked clarifying questions. I received detailed information regarding my xrays. I was given a plan and began therapy and adjustment today. Every procedure and every piece of equipment was thoroughly explained by Dr Lusi, Madison, and Val. While preparing dinner this evening, I received a follow up call from Dr Lusi checking on me. Just wow! And how personal and caring!
