Impossible to deal with. Unfortunately we paid upfront. After realizing we'd never be able to answer the insane amount of required info in a govt. style questionnaire; I asked for a refund and was refused. If you'd like to deal with a robo-style tax service and get absolutely zero 'human like' response, this is the place.
It has been a pleasure working with Alexis and the staff at The Twelve Firm! They are very knowledgeable and were able to meet our tax needs. Not only did they meet out tax needs, but they provided a plan for the future. They are very responsive and the customer service is A+. I could feel that Alexis and staff valued our business.
