Listen, I’m reading through most of the reviews, these people sound crazy! I’ve purchased clip in hair extensions from this company for over five year now! Their hair is A 1, and I am a licensed cosmetologist! You must first understand the grade of hair your purchasing followed by the pattern in order to take care of the hair properly! The type of products, brushes and hot tools you use matter!

I’ve been buying hair from the hair exchange for about 6 years. Love the hair, the quality, I have wigs I bought from them 4-5 years ago that are still in great condition. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I frequently buy hair and make my own wigs, so I know how to spot good quality early, and while I still need to see how this hair holds up, I washed the bundles and closure and there was absolutely no smell or color that came out of the hair. I will wait to see how the hair holds up but I would recommend this place off of the customer service alone!
