This is my second year coming to see Chris and all year I look forward to being back in this area specifically so I can see this therapist!!! Not only does he provide amazing relief with his unique techniques, but he also generously shares knowledge that I can utilize in my day to day life for year round relief. Coming to this office has been one of the best things I’ve ever done for my health and well-being. Cannot recommend highly enough!!!“

128 Sumner Rd, Fayetteville“First time visiting & I must say I love the aesthetics. I love salt lamps, so this is definitely a happy place for me. The vibe was pleasant & inviting. The front desk was friendly, knowledgeable & very helpful.Zakaria, one of the estheticians, was very friendly and patient. She explained the services that was offered, made suggestions and was just overall informative on self-care & wellness.I usually go to the salt sauna room at Jeju, so that’s what I was expecting. It’s definitely a different experience. Due to a yoga class, we had our session in the kids’ room, which kind of threw off the ambiance for us. BUT, I thoroughly enjoyed the feeling of burying my feet in the salt, the coolness in the air, the slight taste of salt in my mouth & my difference in breathing. I felt extremely relaxed and would have definitely dozed off had I been there alone. I will say the lymphatic effects were immediate for both my friend and I, about 30-40 minutes into our session.Overall, I enjoyed my session and I will be implementing halotherapy into my self-care routine. I’ll also be trying the other services offered.“

125 Howard Ln, Fayetteville“I love how cozy the room is and I love the heated table. Kit knows her stuff. At the beginning of a session, she asks me what I would like her to concentrate on. It seems you can focus on one or two specific areas, or do a whole body session. I like that you can tailor each session to your particular needs at that time. She remembers details and stories about you, and it shows that she cares about her clients and people. I like that there is no front desk and not a lot of paperwork. There is plenty of parking, without a lot of traffic. It's definitely a good vibe.“

500 W Lanier Ave Bldg 600, Ste 602, Fayetteville“Outstanding! I went for an ear candle treatment, a foot detox, and cupping. I'd just spent 3 months caring for my dying cat. He passed and it was time to take of me for a bit. Tameca was fantastic. I felt immediate relief and booked a couples massage for my husband and me. Now this just sent everything over the top. The best massages we've ever had. Ever! So therapeutic. I felt hips and joints open and breathe for the first time in ages. My husband felt the same way and he's a massage snob. Can't wait to go back.“

925 Glynn St N, Fayetteville“This was hands down the most painful but best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. The therapist found every single knot in my body, some I didn’t even know were there. His hands and elbows were basically weapons of healing. I called right before they opened, and someone actually answered, which was already a good sign. Walked in and boom, a table was ready. The prices are super reasonable too. I’ll definitely be back, once I recover emotionally from how good (and intense) that massage was.“

208 Banks Crossing, Fayetteville“My first time there was really good, i thought the oil was free, but no is 10$, and the table shower 20, so a 60 can transform into 90. So yeah massagae good, prices need some work.“
