Ok ok today is May 22nd 2024. This was my first time ever visiting This shop! I was referred to by my bonus daughter’s mom! Her hair was so pretty, so I decided to give them a try. I went online and booked this appointment two weeks ago! I set my appointment for 8am. I got to the shop at 7:50am, they had an open sign and it was not opened! No one showed up until a few minutes past 8. I really dislike when stylists are not on time! I have other things to do with my day. I wanted to thank Ms. Helen for her excellent braiding technique and how she handled my situation with kindness. I suffer from migraines and have some benign tumors in head that braids can aggravate. She consistently asked "is that too tight" and all while checking on staff, greeting everyone who came into the shop. My medium knotless braids are beautiful. Thank you to her daughter for the assist. I have used this shop for several years for my summer hairdo, pre-surgery hairdo, post accident hairdo , and my daughter's many styles. Wow is all I can say! This shop deserves way more than 5 stars! This shop is clean and ALL of the braiders there are FANTASTIC! I have gotten my hair braided there several times and each experience outshines the previous one. The owner JoJo assigns you to the perfect braider to execute your style to perfection. Today I got Boho braids and when I tell you they gripped my hair that was previously shaved as I slept!!!!! Y’all I fell asleep while my hair was being braided. The atmosphere was so relaxing and honey…….. My husband LOVES my hair❤️. I have found the perfect braids shop that is so clean and the atmosphere is even more relaxing.
